As part of your weight-loss treatment, we ask you to record and upload a quick real-time video. This only takes a minute and is designed to keep you safe.
It helps us to:
- Make sure the person ordering is really you.
- Double-check your height and weight details so your BMI is accurate.
- Confirm the medicine is suitable before we prescribe.
- Prevent mistakes or medicines being given to someone they might not be safe for.
How it works:
You can record and upload your video straight after you have completed your assessment.
You will be sent an email with instructions on how to upload your video and you can also log into the members area at any time and upload your video there.
This simple step means our prescribers can be confident your treatment is right for you and that we continue to keep you safe throughout your journey.
