Night and Day Nurse capsules work by soothing pain, clearing congestion, and enabling you to sleep better at night and can be taken by adults and children over the age of 12 years old. Day Nurse contains three active ingredients, including paracetamol (for pain and fever), plus pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and pholcodine.
