FAQ

  • How do I prepare the Dioralyte solution?

A kettle full of fresh drinking water should be boiled and allowed to cool naturally to room temperature. This cooled water should then be used to make up the Dioralyte solution.

  • How do I store the Dioralyte sachet once it's been reconstituted?

The Dioralyte sachet should be used within 1 hour of reconstitution if used straight away. If not, then it can be stored in the fridge for 24 hours.

  • Can I use more or less water than stated to dilute the Dioralyte sachet?

It is not recommended as it could result in an electrolyte imbalance.

Side Effects

If you suffer from an allergic reaction such as itching, swelling or vomiting, then stop using Dioralyte.
