    EarCalm spray 5ml is an over-the-counter product that treats minor outer ear infections, otherwise known as swimmer's ear. EarCalm spray helps ward off the bacteria that cause outer ear infections, thus, targeting the issue at its source, and clearing it up quickly. Ear Calm fine spray 5ml is for adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 and over and contains the active ingredient acetic acid (an antibacterial agent).

EarCalm spray is a product that is used to treat outer ear infections. The active ingredient in EarCalm spray is acetic acid. Acetic acid is an antibacterial agent that targets the bacteria causing the outer ear infection. Treating the bacteria will reduce the amount of swelling and pain you may experience.

  • How many times a day can I use EarCalm spray?

    It is recommended that you do not use the EarCalm spray more than once every 2-3 hours in the affected ear. You should always follow the instructions on the box

  • How long should I use EarCalm spray?

    EarCalm spray should be used for a maximum of 7 days. If symptoms do not subside you should see your GP for an alternative treatment

Side Effects

When using EarCalm spray, signs of an allergic reaction may include rash, hives, itching, redness, swelling, blisters, or peeling skin with or without fever, wheezing, tightness in the chest or throat, trouble breathing, swallowing or talking, unusual hoarseness, or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. Rarely a patient may experience local irritation of the ear
