Telfast 120mg tablets are a prescription only medication containing the active ingredient fexofenadine hydrochloride. Telfast tablets are an antihistamine medicine used to treat hay fever symptoms, as well as seasonal allergies including seasonal allergic rhinitis. These non-drowsy antihistamine tablets alleviate allergic symptoms such as a runny nose, itching and sneezing. Telfast tablets may be used in conjunction with other hay fever treatments including nasal sprays and eye drops if allergic reaction symptoms are not controlled.
