Cialis

Cialis tadalafil is an effective erectile dysfunction treatment. When a 10mg or 20mg tablet is taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, or a 2.5mg or 5mg tablet is taken once a day, Cialis helps you reach and maintain an erection by dilating the blood vessels in the penis. It's suitable for men who are experiencing problems having or sustaining an erection and contains the active ingredient tadalafil, in 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg or 20mg strengths.

  • Can last up to 36 hours
  • Take at least 30 minutes before sex (10mg and 20mg) or once a day (2.5mg and 5mg)
  • Branded version of Tadalafil

Cialis tadalafil is an effective drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis in those who experience difficulty achieving or sustaining an erection. Cialis requires sexual arousal to work and will not be effective without this.

Cialis tadalafil can be bought from Pharmacy Online and delivered straight to your door. All of our prescriptions are delivered in discreet packaging to respect the buyer's privacy.

You can buy Cialis online here at Pharmacy Online. With Cialis 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg available, our online doctor will prescribe the dosage most suitable for you. Start a consultation to begin your order.

When to Use Cialis Tablets?

Cialis (tadalafil) is mostly used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction. You can either take it 30 minutes before sexual activity, and the effects will typically last for around 36 hours - which is why it's such a popular treatment.

However, some people may also use a daily dose of up to 5mg a day, which can facilitate more spontaneity for sexual activity.

In some cases, your doctor may prescribe Cialis 5mg for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), a condition that causes an enlarged prostate gland and urinary difficulties. Only the 5mg tablet is licensed for this, and a doctor must rule out prostate cancer before it is started.

Age Restrictions

Cialis is only suitable for males aged 18 and over. However, older males may experience more side effects when using it, so it's important to speak to your GP or a registered pharmacist for advice.

How to Use Cialis Tablets?

If you're taking Cialis when needed, you should follow the dosing instructions and take it at least half an hour before sexual activity.

However, follow the prescriber's instructions when using a regular daily dose.

You can take Cialis with food or without it, but it's important to avoid excess alcohol consumption.

Cialis is one of the most popular ED treatments because it allows for spontaneity. However, it won't cause an erection on its own, and you'll need to be aroused to achieve one.

When to Avoid Taking Cialis?

When it comes to erectile dysfunction, Cialis is one of the most effective treatments available - but it's not suitable for everyone. If any of the following apply, you should avoid using it and seek an alternative prescription medication:

  • Allergies: If you're allergic to tadalafil or sensitive to any other ingredients in Cialis, you should avoid using it as there's a chance of reactions.
  • Taking Nitrates: Nitrates typically treat angina and other cardiovascular conditions. Do not take Cialis if you take any nitrate medicine, such as GTN spray or tablets, or use poppers (amyl nitrite). Cialis increases their effect and can make your blood pressure drop dangerously. If a nitrate is needed in a life-threatening emergency, at least 48 hours should pass after your last Cialis tablet, and it should only be given under close medical supervision.
  • Pulmonary Hypertension: Medications that treat pulmonary hypertension (Adempas) can also cause dramatic decreases in blood pressure.
  • Strokes/Heart Attacks: Do not take Cialis if you have had a heart attack in the last 90 days or a stroke in the last 6 months, or if you have unstable angina or angina during sex, heart failure (NYHA class 2 or above) in the last 90 days, an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure (below 90/50 mmHg) or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Sight Loss (NAION): Do not take Cialis if you have lost vision in one eye because of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION), whether or not this happened while taking a PDE5 inhibitor.
  • Liver & Kidney Problems: If your kidneys work very poorly, 10mg before sexual activity is the most you can take, and the daily tablet is not recommended. With liver problems, the most you can take before sexual activity is 10mg, and the daily tablet has not been tested. Tell our prescriber about either before a strength is chosen.
  • Peyronie's Disease: If you have Peyronie's Disease (curvature of the penis) or any other anatomical deformations, Cialis could worsen your symptoms.

Precautions

Individuals with prolonged erections (Priapism) or a condition that increases their risks of it should seek medical advice before taking Cialis.

Certain medications - including antifungal treatments, alpha-blockers, HIV medicines, and some antibiotics, may interact with Cialis. Please read the information leaflet carefully and speak to a doctor or registered pharmacist before using it.

Ingredients

Cialis contains the active ingredient tadalafil. Inactive ingredients depend on the dosage you take, but they usually include:

  • Hydroxypropyl Cellulose
  • Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
  • Lactose Monohydrate
  • Magnesium Stearate
  • Triacetin
  • Croscarmellose Sodium
  • Hypromellose
  • Microcrystalline Cellulose
  • Titanium Dioxide (E171)
  • Iron Oxide Yellow (E172)

Every Cialis tablet contains lactose (from 87mg in the 2.5mg tablet to 233mg in the 20mg tablet). If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking Cialis.

Side Effects of Cialis

There is always a risk of side effects with all medications, including erectile dysfunction drugs. Some of these can be quite mild and can subside over time. Others are more serious and should be reported to your GP right away if you experience any side effects. Please contact a member of our team if you are concerned about any potential side effects that may occur when taking Cialis.

Common side effects may include:

  • Flushing
  • Muscle aches and pain in arms and legs
  • Headaches
  • Runny/stuffed nose
  • Red and/or warm skin
  • Muscle pain or back pain
  • Indigestion

Uncommon side effects may include:

  • Nosebleeds
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Allergic reactions

Diarrhoea has been reported more often in men over 65 taking Cialis.

The side effects listed below are serious; you should stop taking Cialis and seek medical attention immediately.

Allergic reactions, including rashes.

Chest pain. Do not use nitrates, but seek immediate medical help.

An erection that will not go away (priapism). If you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, get medical help immediately. Priapism can cause permanent damage to your penis.

Sudden vision loss in both eyes or one eye. Sudden vision loss in both eyes or one eye can be a sign of a serious eye problem called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.

Sudden hearing decrease or hearing loss.

How long does Cialis ED medication take to work?

Take a 10mg or 20mg Cialis tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. That is the shortest gap, not a promise of how soon it works, and you still need to be sexually aroused. The 2.5mg and 5mg tablets are taken once a day, at about the same time each day.

Food does not affect how Cialis is absorbed, so you can take it with or without food. Drinking a lot of alcohol can make it harder to get an erection.

How often should I take Cialis?

Do not take Cialis more than once a day. The 2.5mg and 5mg tablets are taken once a day, every day. The 10mg and 20mg tablets are taken before sexual activity and are not for continuous daily use. Do not take Cialis with any other treatment for erectile dysfunction.

How long does Cialis last?

Cialis can last for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet. Although, this does not mean that an erection will persist for the full duration of this time. In order to work, sexual arousal is required, so often is only maintained during the period of sexual stimulation.

Can I take Cialis if I have heart problems?

Cialis should also be approached with caution by those who have heart conditions, because sexual activity puts an extra strain on the heart.

Please speak to your GP before taking Cialis if you have a heart condition.

Can I take Cialis even if I don’t have ED?

Cialis will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction, and it should not be used for the purpose of enhancing sexual performance.

What Cialis dosage should I take?

Cialis is available in 2.5, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg doses. Depending on the severity of your erectile dysfunction, other conditions, and external factors, our online doctor will prescribe the dosage most suitable for you.

Can I drink alcohol while taking Cialis?

While you can drink small amounts of alcohol while using Cialis, avoid excessive drinking (a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more). Alcohol may temporarily lower your blood pressure, and heavy drinking may increase the risk of dizziness when you stand up. You may also struggle to achieve or maintain an erection.

Is it safe to take Cialis with other medications?

Both Cialis and generic Cialis can interact with some medications. Never take Cialis with nitrates or riociguat. Tell your GP or our prescriber if you take an alpha-blocker (doxazosin with Cialis is not recommended), any other medicine for high blood pressure, finasteride or a similar medicine for an enlarged prostate, ketoconazole or itraconazole for fungal infections, HIV medicines such as ritonavir, the antibiotics erythromycin, clarithromycin or rifampicin, or phenobarbital, phenytoin or carbamazepine. Do not take Cialis with any other treatment for erectile dysfunction, and check with our pharmacist before drinking grapefruit juice, as it may affect how well Cialis works. It's essential to tell your GP about any treatments you're using so they can ensure they are suitable for you.
