Lemsip Max Flu Lemon sachets are a tasty hot drink that soothes your cold and flu symptoms. The medication provides relief from discomfort, feverishness, a runny nose, nasal congestion, sinusitis, and headaches. Paracetamol brings down high temperatures and lessens pain, while phenylephrine (a decongestant) narrows the blood vessels in your nasal passages, loosening congestion and inflammation in your sinuses and nose.
