How long do Sildenafil tablets take to work? How long will it last?
Sildenafil starts to work in around 30 minutes; however, it can produce an effect anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes after being taken.
The time it takes to work and produce the desired effects can be influenced by other factors such as food and alcohol. Consuming Sildenafil with a high-fat meal or a high amount of alcohol will delay how long it takes for Sildenafil to work and may be less effective.
How regularly can I take Sildenafil tablets?
Although Sildenafil can typically be taken as often as it is required, it is recommended not to take more than one erectile dysfunction medication treatment in 24 hours. It is also not recommended to take Sildenafil for more than four days a week.
What happens if Sildenafil doesn’t work?
In some cases, it can take many different attempts of using Sildenafil before it is effective. If Sildenafil does not initially work, it is recommended to take it on eight separate occasions before increasing the strength or trying an alternative erectile dysfunction treatment. Alternative erectile dysfunction treatments include Tadalafil (Cialis), Vardenafil and Levitra.
Can I take Sildenafil tablets if I have heart problems?
Sildenafil should always be used in caution in men with heart problems. Sildenafil can put the heart under increased strain by causing the blood vessels that supply the heart to widen, which results in increased blood flow into the heart.
Whether Sildenafil is suitable or not will depend on a number of individual circumstances and your symptoms as well as their severity. Speak to one of our experts if this is the case.
