    Dose for adults and children aged eight and above: Give the bottle a thorough shake before use. Pour 10ml of water into 2 x 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) of the formula. You can gargle with this formula, but be sure to spit it out. You can repeat this once an hour. Additionally, you can ingest 1 x 5ml spoonful of the undiluted mixture. You can do this up to three times daily.

    As a preventative gargle:

    If you have been exposed to viral symptoms, mix 10ml (2 x 5ml spoonfuls) with 20ml of water, and gargle, then spit out twice daily, before breakfast and at bedtime.
