You can take Nurofen Day and Night Cold and Flu Tablets with water and swallow them whole.
When you're ill with a cold or the flu, drink lots of fluids throughout the day.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Swallow two tablets with water up to three times daily every four hours. Avoid exceeding more than six tablets in any 24-hour period
