    Nurofen Day and Night Cold and Flu tablets ease cold and flu symptoms, such as pains, aches, headaches, sore throats, blocked noses (nasal congestion) and feverishness. One of its active ingredients, ibuprofen, is an anti-inflammatory that reduces discomfort, such as headaches, swelling and high temperatures. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a nasal decongestant, bringing down swelling in the nose and alleviating congestion.     Nurofen and Day Night Cold and Flu Tablets reduce cold and flu symptoms thanks to two active ingredients: ibuprofen and phenylephrine hydrochloride.     You can take Nurofen Day and Night Cold and Flu Tablets with water and swallow them whole.

    When you're ill with a cold or the flu, drink lots of fluids throughout the day.

    Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Swallow two tablets with water up to three times daily every four hours. Avoid exceeding more than six tablets in any 24-hour period
