It contains the active ingredients paracetamol for pain relief, guaifenesin to treat chesty coughs, phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant to help you breathe more easily, and cetylpyridinium chloride, which has antiseptic effects.

    Always follow the dosage instructions shown on the pack or as advised by your GP. Usually, you should fill the measuring cup up to the 20ml marker (or four 5ml spoonfuls). This applies to adults and children aged 12 and over. Do not exceed taking four doses in 24 hours. Please note this medication is for short-term relief only. Avoid using this product for more than three days.
