How do I take this cough syrup?
Adults and children aged 12 and above:
Take two 5 ml doses (10 ml) of this traditional herbal medicinal product every four hours as and when you need relief. Don't exceed more than four doses daily.When shouldn't I take this medicine?
You should avoid taking this medicine if:
- You're sensitive to any of the ingredients.
- Have a heart condition.
- Suffer from kidney issues.
- Are under the age of 12.
What ingredients does this product contain?
Allens Pine & Honey Balsam contains natural ingredients including liquorice root, Indian squill bulb, and ipecacuanha liquid extract. It also contains pumilio pine oil, capsicum tincture, anise oil, menthol, peppermint oil, sucrose, acetic acid, treacle black, sodium benzoate (E211), purified water, and ethanol.
Side Effects
