Benylin Day & Night Tablets provide effective 24-hour cold and flu relief. The tablets help clear a stuffy nose, body aches, fever, excess phlegm, and sore throat. The capsule-shaped day tablets contain paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever-reducer, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, a decongestant which unblocks stuffy noses. The night-time tablets are round and blue, containing paracetamol and diphenhydramine, an antihistamine which eases catarrh. They're suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over and contain paracetamol, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
