    Beechams All-in-One Max Capsules relieve the symptoms associated with the flu and colds, such as feverishness, headaches, chesty coughs, nasal congestion, throat irritation, catarrh, and sore sinuses. Paracetamol kills pain and lessens temperatures caused by fever. Guaifenesin loosens mucus and clears a chesty cough. Phenylephrine hydrochloride helps decongest your sinuses and nose, allowing you to breathe more comfortably.   • How many Beechams Max Strength can I take?

    You can take a maximum daily dose of eight Beechams All-in-One capsules in 24 hours. Avoid giving to children under the age of 16 unless advised by your doctor. Do not take Beechams All-in-One continually for more than five days unless you have been advised otherwise.

    Yes. You can take Beechams Max Strength Capsules with or without food. Adults and teens aged 16 and over should take two capsules every four hours when necessary. Avoid exceeding four doses (eight capsules) in a 24-hour period.

  • Can I take paracetamol after Beechams All-in-One?

    No. Avoid taking anything else that contains paracetamol when taking Beechams All-in-One, as this product contains paracetamol - taking excessive amounts of this painkiller can result in liver damage. Also, avoid taking other cold, flu or decongestant medicines.
