    Children aged 7 to 12 years: Every three hours (or when you need pain relief), suck one Sore Throat Pain Lozenge until it gradually dissolves in your mouth. Avoid exceeding four in a 24-hour period. 

    Adults and children aged 12 years and above: Every three hours (or when you need pain relief), suck one Sore Throat Pain Lozenge until it gradually dissolves in your mouth. Avoid exceeding eight in a 24-hour period.
