Phenylephrine hydrochloride lessens swelling for easier breathing. Guaifenesin helps ease chest congestion, mucus build-up, and coughing. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain, and cetylpyridinium chloride is a mild antiseptic to kill bacteria. It's suitable for adults and children aged 16 and over and contains paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, guaifenesin, and cetylpyridinium chloride.

    You should only use Lemsip Max All-in-One Liquid for a maximum of three days to soothe cold and flu symptoms. Avoid using this medication for too long or using it excessively unless your doctor has advised you to do so.
