    • Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug.
    • Fill with hot (not boiling) water.
    • Mix thoroughly until the contents have dissolved.
    • Sweeten with honey, sugar or your usual sweetener.

  • How much of this lemon flavour medicine do I need to take?

    Adults and children aged 16 and above: Take one sachet every four to six hours but avoid exceeding four sachets in a 24-hour period. Do not give this medication to children below the age of 16.  If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
