FAQ

  • How many Numark Max Strength Cold and Flu Day and Night Capsules can I take?

Adults and children aged 12 and above:
You can take two capsules every four to six hours when you need to. You can then take two night-time capsules at bedtime. Always leave a minimum of four hours between doses.

  • What causes the common cold and flu?

Viral infections cause head colds and the flu (influenza). Usually, viruses spread through the air or via an infected person who sneezes or coughs. While colder weather doesn't necessarily cause an illness, it raises the likelihood of you contracting a virus.

Viruses may also spread if an infected individual touches a surface. Even though colds and the flu are similar, the flu is more intense than a cold.

  • Can I take these all-in-one capsules if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, always seek medical advice from your GP or one of our pharmacists before using this product.
