    • Children with any conditions that may put them at risk of heart problems, e.g. diabetes, high cholesterol
    • Children taking other medications that may interact with ibuprofen
    • Children taking any other anti-inflammatory painkillers, NSAIDs, or aspirin with a daily dose higher than 75mg
    • Children with severe kidney, liver problems, bowel problems such as chronic inflammatory bowel disease, or heart failure
