The usual dosage for Bell's Healthcare Children's Cough Relief is as follows:

• Children aged 1 month to 2 years: 1-2 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 10ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.
• Children aged 2 years and over: 5ml spoonfuls (5ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.
