  • How do I take this product?

    • Adults and children 14 years and above: Take two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml).
    • Children aged between 10 and 14 years: Take one 5ml spoonful.

    You can take the above doses up to four times daily. Avoid exceeding this dosage.

  • How does Bells Triple Action work?

    Bells Triple Action warms and soothes your throat and suppresses coughs, sore throats and colds. Cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic that eliminates throat and mouth bacteria. Another antiseptic, Benzoin tincture, is used as an alternative remedy for cold symptoms. Capsicum tincture (an expectorant) helps to break down phlegm, making it more straightforward to move.
