Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, guaifenesin (an expectorant) alleviates productive coughs, and phenylephrine (a decongestant) relieves stuffy noses and sore sinuses. This cough suppressant medication is suitable for adults and children aged 16 and over.

  • How much Bell's Healthcare All-in-One Oral Solution can I take?

    Adults and children aged 16 years and above: 

    • Pour 20ml of the solution into a measuring cup. 
    • Swallow one 20ml dose. 
    • Repeat every four hours whenever you need to.
    • Avoid ingesting more than four doses in one day.

    Avoid taking with any other cold, flu, decongestant medicines or cough suppressants and avoid alcohol.

  • What's the decongestant in cough and flu medicines such as Bells' Healthcare All-in-One Oral Solution?

    The decongestant phenylephrine in this cough medicine narrows blood vessels, enabling more air to pass freely via your nose, which means your nasal tissues dry up, leading to a smaller amount of mucus emptying down the back of your throat.

    Bell's Healthcare All-in-One Oral Solution contains guaifenesin, an expectorant, which thins mucus secretions in your airway, loosening it so your cough becomes more productive.
