Do not give this medicine to your child if they're allergic to any of the ingredients.

The recommended dosage of Care Simple Linctus Paediatric Cough syrup is as follows:

• Children aged 3-5 years: 5ml spoonful (5ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.
• Children aged 6-11 years: 10ml spoonful (10ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.

Do not give more than the recommended dose.

Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

This simple linctus for children is generally well tolerated, however, there are some people for whom Care Simple Linctus Paediatric Sugar-Free is not suitable:

• Children under 3 years of age
• Children who are allergic to citric acid monohydrate or any of the other ingredients listed
• Children with asthma or other respiratory problems
• Children with broken skin or eczema
• Children taking certain medications, such as blood thinners or antidepressants
