    • Inhalation: Add a few drops of the ointment (approx 1 x 5ml spoonful) to a bowl (approx 1 pint) of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours. Repeat every four hours as necessary.
    • Massage: Mix a few drops of the ointment with a carrier oil, such as olive oil or coconut oil, and massage it into the chest and throat.

    Do not apply the ointment to open wounds or irritated skin.

    Keep out of reach of children.
