    Sterimar Nasal Spray is uniquely formulated with French seawater and then diluted to form an isotonic solution. 

  • How often should I use Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Hygiene Isotonic Spray?

    We recommend using Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Hygiene Sea Water Spray between two and six times daily (or more if you like) per nostril. You can use it as required, or as long as, and regularly as, your doctor advises. Please note that Sterimar Hypertonic should only be used temporarily. 

  • Can I use Sterimar Pure Sea Water Spray with other medication?

    Absolutely. Sterimar Sea Water Nasal Spray doesn't contain drugs or preservatives, so there is no known chance of it interacting with other medicines. If in doubt, contact your doctor. 

  • Will I experience any irritation from Sterimar Nasal Spray?

    Sterimar Isotonic has pure seawater solutions that contain the same combination of salts as the cells in your body. So, you probably won't experience irritation at all. Sterimar Isotonic is salty but is still less salty than seawater. If you experience dryness, this should vanish within a couple of days.
