    Sterimar Baby Isotonic Nasal Spray is safe to use as often as needed. To use it, simply hold the bottle upright, keep your baby's head tilted and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.

    Press the nozzle gently to spray very fine droplets into the nostril. Repeat the process with the other nostril. Allow excess solution run out of the nasal cavity and wipe it away.
