It also contains an expectorant that dislodges and loosens phlegm (mucus) in the throat, nose, and chest; while capsicum tincture helps reduce sinus infections. It's suitable for adults and children aged six and over, and contains levomenthol, aniseed oil, and capsicum tincture.

How do I take Numark Mentholated Bronchial Balsam?
Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 or over: Swallow two to three x 5ml spoonfuls (10-15ml) every two to three hours.
Children aged between six and 12 years: Swallow 5-10ml every two to three hours.
Children below the age of six: Unsuitable for children under six years old.
