Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 and over:
Swallow two tablets every four hours as needed. Avoid consuming more than eight tablets (four doses) in one day. Don't take any other medication containing paracetamol while taking this medication. Avoid consuming other cold, flu or decongestant products. Do not drink alcohol.

The flu is more extreme than the common cold. That said, the infections are fairly similar because they enter your body in the same way, via your nose, mouth or eyes, or through touching germ-infected surfaces. 

Colds and the flu can spread easily. Nevertheless, both are temporary ailments. There are three types of flu, including Type A, B, and C. Types A and B spread throughout the year, while Type C isn't as extreme. Colds come in numerous forms and are all slightly distinct, which is why there's no treatment.

Avoid taking this product if:

• You suffer from an underlying health ailment.
• You have high blood pressure.
• You are diabetic.
• You have an overactive thyroid.
• You have glaucoma.
• You take antidepressants called Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs).
• You're taking other cough medications.
• You're using other decongestants.
• You're taking other medicines or complementary therapy.
• Your symptoms persist.
• You're pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You're planning to become pregnant.
• You experience allergies.
