    Adults and children aged 12 and over:

    • Spray once into each nostril two to three times daily
    • Remove the plastic cap
    • Apply the nozzle to your nose
    • Place your fingers on either side of the nozzle and depress the pump, then inhale deeply through your nose
    • The metered spray delivers an exact dose that lasts for 10 hours
    • Repeat in the other nostril

    This nasal spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, targeting sinus congestion in your nasal passages quickly when you apply it directly into your nostrils.   • How long can I use Sudafed Sinus Ease Nasal Spray for sinus pressure caused by sinusitis?

    Only use this medication for a maximum of seven days. Using this product for longer than this can result in your stuffiness becoming worse. Always speak to your doctor if your symptoms don't get better after this time. If your symptoms worsen, discontinue and seek medical help immediately.

Side Effects

As with all medicines, Sudafed Sinus Ease Nasal Spray may cause side effects, these can include:
