  • How many Sudafed Sinus Max Strength Capsules can I take to reduce aches and soothe swelling?

    Adults, the elderly, and children aged 16 and over:

    • Swallow two capsules every four to six hours.
    • Avoid consuming more than eight capsules in one day.
    • Always leave four hours between doses
    • If your symptoms don't improve, contact your GP or pharmacist. 

    Avoid taking this medicine for more than three days unless your doctor has told you to. Avoid giving to children below 16. 

  • Why can't you use Sudafed for more than three days?

    Sudafed Sinus Max Strength Capsules contain a decongestant called phenylephrine hydrochloride which narrows the blood vessels in your nasal passages.
