FAQ

  • What are the side effects of Sudafed Congestion Relief Nasal Spray?

Occasionally, you may notice local irritation like soreness, dryness, stinging, burning, sneezing or itching. Very rarely, you may experience a headache and queasiness. If you use this medicine constantly for lengthy periods, your congestion symptoms may reappear.

  • Why can you only use Sudafed Congestion Relief Nasal Spray for three days?

Using a nasal spray such as Sudafed Congestion Relief Nasal Spray for more than three days in a row can actually exacerbate your congestion, a phenomenon known as rebound congestion. This is where your nasal passageways become even more blocked than before.

  • Is Sudafed a good nasal decongestant?

Yes. Sudafed Congestion Relief Nasal Spray alleviates nasal and sinus congestion and pressure associated with common colds, hay fever or upper respiratory allergies. Its active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride narrows the blood vessels in the nasal passages, easing swelling and congestion.
