    No, don't take additional paracetamol in conjunction with Sudafed congestion relief medication. This product already contains paracetamol, and if exceed the maximum dosage of paracetamol, it can cause liver damage and kidney damage.

    Do not take any other medication containing paracetamol when taking these Sudafed capsules.
