    Adults and the elderly: Ensure the container is in an upright position, then insert the nozzle tip into each nostril, squeezing the bottle firmly while inhaling. Repeat no more than twice a day or use before you go to bed for overnight relief.

  • Erratic or fast heartbeat and palpitations.
  • Increased blood pressure and cold hands and feet.

Avoid using this spray for more than seven days, as it may lead to a condition called Rebound Congestion, which is when your nose lining feels itchy, causing a blocked nose and sneezing after spraying the final dose.
