FAQ

  • How do you use Galpharm Blocked Nose Relief Spray?

Adults and the elderly: Hold the receptacle vertically, and put the nozzle tip inside the left nostril. Squeeze the container firmly two times as you inhale. Repeat in the right nostril. Apply Galpharm Blocked Nose Relief Spray up to two times a day or use it at bedtime for overnight relief.

  • Why can't I use Galpharm Blocked Nose Relief Spray for more than seven days?

You can't use decongestant nasal sprays such as Galpharm Nose Relief for more than a week at a time. This is because using them for a prolonged period may worsen the stuffiness. Speak to your doctor or Pharmacy Online pharmacist if your symptoms do not get better after this time.

  • Why does congestion get worse at night?

Congestion may worsen at night because it's trickier for the sinuses and nose to drain correctly. Mucus pools leading to poorer breathing, which can cause a sinus headache the next day. To prevent this, position a couple of extra pillows under your head to elevate it and allow the sinuses to empty more effectively.

  • Will using too much Galpharm Blocked Nose Relief Nasal Spray damage my nose?

While nasal spray dependence isn't a real addiction, it may cause tissue injury inside your nose, which leads to long-term congestion and swelling. As a result, you will probably need to use a nasal spray more frequently. Sometimes, an individual may require further therapy, even surgery, to rectify the damage.
