Benylin Chesty Cough Medicine is a quick-acting, non-drowsy liquid to soothe a chesty cough and associated congestion symptoms. Benylin Chesty Coughs syrup works by drying secretions in the chest and nose and reduces coughing. And because it increases the amount of fluid made in the airways, it loosens and thins the mucus, so it's more effortless to cough up. Benylin Chest Coughs Original is suitable for adults and children over the age of 12 years. It contains two active ingredients: diphenhydramine (an antihistamine) and levomenthol (which allows you to breathe more easily).
